TalkingPoints is a free mobile application that allows teachers to communicate with parents and guardians, and for families to communicate with their child's school and teachers. Check out this intro video for families.
Communication
Teachers can send messages to parents, groups of parents, or the whole class. Families can send and receive messages, and get information about their child's classes and work.
Translation
Messages can be automatically translated into over 100 languages. TalkingPoints uses machine learning to translate messages, and also incorporates feedback from users and translators to improve its algorithms.
Attachments
Teachers can attach pictures, videos, polls, and files to text messages. The total size limit for attachments per message is 25 MB.
Shared messages
Families can use the "shared messages" feature to see each other's messages to the teacher.
Parents can check their child’s attendance and grades history by logging in to PowerSchool via the my.cherrycreekschools.org website, using the email and password they used when they registered their student. Students, too, can check their attendance and grades using their separate User ID and password. PowerSchool is the official grade book of record. Please log in to my.cherrycreekschools.org and select the PowerSchool icon to refer to your student's grades and attendance.

Schoology is our learning management system. It brings together teachers, students, and their courses. Often teachers will house information regarding classwork, notes, quizzes, announcements, and more. Use the tile in my.cherrycreekschools.org for more information.
